1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and vtv99 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the vtv99 website located at vtv99.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available thereon.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• You must not already hold an existing active account on vtv99. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — will be consolidated or closed, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
• You must not be self-excluded from the vtv99 platform. Attempting to register a new account whilst under a self-exclusion period constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Operating a vtv99 account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

vtv99 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of any right to subsequently verify eligibility or close an account that is found to be non-compliant with these Terms.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vtv99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

vtv99 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This provides an additional layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

• All activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you and will be your sole responsibility, unless you have notified vtv99 of unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure set out below.

vtv99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and vtv99 cannot guarantee the absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vtv99 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fee is applied by vtv99 to any transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods: vtv99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. vtv99 will provide reasonable advance notice of any change to the available payment methods.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to other payment methods may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended where additional identity verification is required.
• Identity Verification (KYC): vtv99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.
• Withdrawal to Original Payment Method: vtv99 may require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is non-negotiable.

vtv99 does not charge any processing fee on standard mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees charged by your payment provider (if any) are outside the control of vtv99 and are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vtv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new registrants only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonus Abuse: vtv99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been obtained fraudulently, exploited through irregular betting patterns, or claimed in breach of these Terms or the individual bonus terms.

vtv99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The modification or withdrawal of a promotional offer does not affect any bonus already credited to a player's account prior to the effective date of the change.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on the vtv99 platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface or within the betting rules section of the platform. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and are binding on all players.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vtv99 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and may result in the reporting of your conduct to relevant authorities:

8 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments & Termination

13 Governing Law
